Precision Electrical Installation and Wiring

Automation and solar are only as reliable as the electrical work underneath them. We carry out new build wiring, board upgrades and remedial work to a standard that later systems can be built on.

What a Electrical Installations project includes

  • First fix and second fix wiring for new builds
  • Distribution board design, upgrades and clear labelling
  • Dedicated backup circuits for essentials and network equipment
  • Surge and lightning protection
  • Earthing and safety testing
  • Remedial work on older or poorly executed installations
  • Capacity planned in advance for future automation and solar
  • Certified technicians and clean, documented cabling

How We Work

From first visit to long term support

Step 1

Assessment or drawing review

For existing homes we inspect the board and circuits. For new builds we work from your drawings and intended room use.

Step 2

Design and quote

Circuit schedule, protection, cable sizes and labelling agreed upfront, with capacity left for automation and solar later.

Step 3

Installation and testing

Neat routing, correct terminations, full testing and a labelled board you can actually read.

Step 4

Handover

You receive the circuit schedule and a walkthrough of what is protected, backed up and expandable.

FAQs

Electrical Installations questions we get asked

Do you take on new build wiring?

Yes. We do complete first and second fix wiring, and we plan capacity so automation and solar can be added later without tearing work out.

My board trips constantly. Can you fix it?

Usually. We test the installation to find the actual cause, whether that is overloaded circuits, poor terminations or an undersized board, and then quote the remedy.

Can you separate my essentials onto a backup circuit?

Yes. Splitting essentials onto dedicated backup circuits is one of the most common jobs we do, and it is what makes an inverter or solar system behave properly.

Are your technicians certified?

Yes. All electrical work is carried out by our own certified technicians, not subcontracted labour we cannot vouch for.
