Home Automation

Smart Home Automation Built for Nigerian Homes

We design and install complete home automation systems that keep working when the grid and the internet do not. Lighting, climate, curtains, audio, security and access, all controlled from one app, a wall panel or your voice.

What a Home Automation project includes

  • Smart switches and sockets that keep normal wall control working
  • Whole home lighting scenes, schedules and dimming
  • Motorised curtains and blinds with app, voice or timer control
  • Smart locks, keypads and managed guest access
  • Air conditioner and appliance control through smart IR
  • Central control panel or tablet, plus remote access from anywhere
  • Local control first, so a network outage never leaves you in the dark

How We Work

From first visit to long term support

Step 1

Free site assessment

We walk the property, study how you use each room and note the existing electrical condition before recommending anything.

Step 2

System design and fixed quote

You get a device by device design with a transparent, fixed price. No grey market hardware, no vague line items.

Step 3

Installation and commissioning

Our own certified technicians wire, configure and test everything, then train your household on the app and scenes.

Step 4

Support after handover

Warranty service, firmware updates and technical support stay with you long after the install is finished.

FAQs

Home Automation questions we get asked

How much does home automation cost in Nigeria?

Our smart packages start from ₦1,073,567 for a starter setup and run to about ₦10,073,567 for a fully automated four bedroom duplex. The final figure depends on room count, how many systems you automate and the condition of the existing wiring, so we quote after a free site assessment.

Can you automate a house that is already built?

Yes. Most of our projects are retrofits. Smart switches and wireless devices let us automate an existing home without breaking walls or rewiring the property.

Will the system still work during a power outage?

We put the control gateway, router and cameras on a backed up circuit, and prefer devices with local control, so lights and scenes keep working even without internet or grid power.

Which brands do you install?

We install warrantied, supported hardware with a service path in Nigeria, and refuse cheap unbranded devices that fail within a year and cannot be replaced like for like.
